脳卒中後の方、手術・骨折後の回復期の方、筋力が低下した高齢の方、関節拘縮・筋萎縮・褥瘡の予防に運動が必要な長期臥床の方。
ご利用の流れ
- 1スタッフが運動機能と関節可動域を評価
- 2状態に合わせた運動プログラムを提案
- 3ご自宅またはベッド上で回ごとに実施
- 4経過を観察し、ご家族へ介助方法を指導
