When you book, we collect: your name, phone number, email (if given), area or address, preferred time, the service you are interested in, any notes, and your preferred contact channel. Any information about your health condition that you choose to share is treated as sensitive data.
2. How we use it
We use your information to contact you, advise you, and arrange and deliver care. We do not use it for anything beyond this without your consent.
3. Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form (there is a tick box). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Security and storage
Information is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS) and kept to the minimum needed to deliver the service. We apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the staff and partners directly involved in delivering your care.
6. Your rights (access, deletion)
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. On receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
