How we work in Da Nang
You have two ways to be seen in Da Nang: our team comes to where you are staying, or you come to our clinic at 06 Xuân Thủy, Cẩm Lệ. Because this is our home city, we can normally give you a specific time on the phone rather than a vague window. Tell us the hotel name or the district and what is going on, and we will say plainly whether we can get someone to you and when.

An Thượng, My Khe and Sơn Trà are areas we work in constantly, so being seen in English is routine here — say so when you call and we will send someone who speaks it.
Licensed doctors and nurses
The person who comes to you is a doctor or nurse holding a professional practice licence. They follow the treatment plan and write down what was done.
Paperwork for your insurer
You get an invoice for every visit, and we can issue it in English for a travel insurance claim — ask when you book, not afterwards.
We say no when it is a no
If what you describe needs a hospital, we tell you to go to a hospital. We are not an emergency service and we will not keep you waiting to find that out.
