Home doctor and nurse visits in Hanoi
Our doctors and nurses work here in Hanoi — nobody has to travel in from another city. They come to your hotel, apartment or home, or you can come to our clinic in Hanoi, whichever is easier when you are not feeling well.
This is not an emergency service. For critical situations (severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding) call 115 immediately.
How we work in Hanoi
You have two ways to be seen in Hanoi: our in-house team comes to where you are staying, or you come to our clinic here. Many of the people we see around Tây Hồ and the Old Quarter are long-stay foreign residents, so say on the call if you want to be seen in English, or if you need an invoice and a medical note for an insurance claim — we will bring the right paperwork rather than sorting it out afterwards.
